Integrator Technical Whitepaper v1.01

Data Integrity & Verification Architecture

Abstract

This document defines the technical envelope of a tamper-evident environmental telemetry verification protocol licensed to IoT platforms, utility networks, and telemetry infrastructure providers. By anchoring integrity at the operational boundary of the integrator's own acquisition surface, the protocol enables partner networks to originate audit products that support third-party assurance work.

01 / Boundary-Level Telemetry Acquisition

The protocol's isolated telemetry acquisition modules integrate directly into the partner's existing operational infrastructure, capturing raw, un-averaged load values at the physical boundary. Edge firmware executes a deterministic sampling cadence — governed by the integration contract — that explicitly omits software-side smoothing, preserving raw metric truth for downstream verification by the integrator's client auditors.

02 / Tamper-Evident Chain-of-Custody

Each reading is written once per second to a write-once storage card and linked to the record before it by a hash chain, so any later change breaks the chain and is detectable. Independent copies are sent to separate ledgers, and at audit time the card and the ledgers are compared record by record. Device-signed checkpoints, which add cryptographic proof of which device produced the data, are in development and are not yet part of the deployed system.

03 / Geo-Distributed Infrastructure Topology

Sealed frames are relayed across rate-limited secure channels into a geo-distributed object-lock storage mesh. Records are replicated across a multi-provider write-once object-lock replica tier, providing fault-tolerant continuity before final ingestion into the private ledger surface exposed to the integrator partner.
